In order to cancel your booking free of charge, please cancel before 14:00, 24 hours prior to the date of arrival.

Please note, the credit card used to make the booking must be presented upon check-in.

Payment Information (Multiple Bookings): For guests that make a reservation for 9 rooms or more, the hotel will charge the credit card with 25% of the total booking cost at the time of booking. This amount is non-refundable. The remaining 75% will be charged to guest's credit card 14 days before arrival date. The credit card used to make the booking must be presented upon check-in. If the booking is made by a third party, please contact the property directly to make alternative arrangements.

FB Messenger 又有新功能囉！FB Messenger 本次推出視訊新功能，讓使用者在進行1對1視訊或是群組視訊通話時享受更多樂趣。新增的4項功能分別是「動態表情符號」、「鏡頭濾鏡」、「面具特效」與「螢幕截圖」。

「動態表情符號」可以讓使用者在視訊列印上選擇心情，如「愛心」、「哈哈」、「哇」、「難過」、「生氣」等等，為了有更多樂趣，大部分的表情符號會追蹤臉部是否有在螢幕上而有不同版本，例如：當鏡頭面向臉時點擊「愛心」的表情符號，和鏡頭朝向外時點擊「愛心」的表情符號會有不同的特效。

「鏡頭濾鏡」故名思義就是能在視訊畫面上添加各種效果的濾鏡，像是黑白、紅色或黃色等等，而且再套用前使用者也能事先預覽效果；「面具特效」則是新增更多選擇而且更加有趣。

「螢幕截圖」允許使用者將視訊通話截圖並儲存到手機的照片圖庫中同時，從照片圖庫中用戶可自行決定是否要將照片分享到「每日隨手拍」或分享到其他社群媒體，當然也可以將照片傳給視訊對象或群組，輕鬆捕捉並分享回憶。
